Hi Amir,
I don't know of many, but I do know there are 3-4 qualified speech therapists at Agha Khan University Hospital. Just call their general number, and ask to be transferred to the speech therapy department.

Hi Amir, there a lot of speech therapists/clinics now available in karachi. As you already know abt the Aga Khan the others you can find at Liaquat National Hospital, PNS Shifa Hospital and Halim Hospital. The nos you can search from the directory.
