Support Group Meeting in Karachi

The Pakistan Stammering Association held its second support group meeting in Karachi. It was a dynamic meeting of 5 vibrant individuals. A lot was shared, and the environment was supportive, encouraging and very positive. I am so grateful to all those who attended, and I look forward to many more meetings and making some wonderful friends along the way.

Every person who attends brings something new, something different and something enlightening to the meeting. All our stammers are different. Some of us are more severe, some less; most of us are situational and that situation where we struggle also varies from person to person. Some stammer when they're angry, some are surprisingly fluent in that exact situation. So let our focus not be on comparing each other on a scale of who's worse off or better off, but rather lets join hands in moving forward together!
